Renowned Ghanaian comedic actor, Kwasi Boadi, better known as Akrobeto, recently disclosed details about his past marriage and the reasons behind its collapse during a discussion on the 20th anniversary celebration of Vice President Dr. 

Mahamudu Bawumia and Second Lady Samira Bawumia's union.

Akrobeto tied the knot in a joyous ceremony back in 2006, hoping to establish a loving home. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned as he experienced numerous instances of abuse at the hands of his spouse. 

He even shared an account where his loved ones advised him to leave the marriage fearing for his safety due to the escalating physical violence.

During the conversation, the accomplished media figure reflected on his past relationship, stating, "I got married in 2006; however, my wife was abusive. In order to safeguard my wellbeing, I decided to part ways with her. My relatives were concerned that should I not separate from her, there might be fatal consequences."
